Vixels AI offers company websites, landing pages, AI UGC ads, AI video creation, AI video editing, and business automation. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Vixels AI.

Please use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use its interactive features or submit material to us. Contact support@vixelsai.com if you have a question before proceeding.

Preparing a discovery brief, contacting us, or requesting a call does not create a paid engagement, guarantee availability, or confirm a booking. A call is confirmed when you and our team agree a time.

The scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, revisions, timeline, approvals, support, and cancellation arrangements for paid work must be set out in a written project agreement. That agreement governs the project where it differs from these website terms. An enquiry alone does not authorise us to charge you.

The website’s assistant is a scripted demonstration, not a live AI adviser or a connection to your business systems. Its company brief, sales figures, reports, and suggested plans are fictional examples. Selecting a file does not mean the demo has read or analysed its contents.

Creative concepts and AI-generated imagery illustrate possible directions. They are not evidence of a client engagement, an endorsement, or a promise of a particular outcome.

AI-generated material can contain errors or resemble other material. Any content intended for publication requires appropriate human review and checks for accuracy, rights, and relevant platform requirements. The review and approval process for commissioned work belongs in the project agreement.

Use the website and its features for legitimate enquiries and exploration. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit and for having authority to act for a business you represent.

• Do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or access information without permission.
• Do not use the site to impersonate others, send unlawful or misleading material, or infringe another person’s rights.
• Do not submit personal, confidential, copyrighted, or brand material unless you have the rights and permissions required for the intended use.

Website branding, design, and other material may be protected by intellectual-property rights held by Vixels AI or third parties. You may view the site and share ordinary links to it. Using its brand assets or republishing substantial material requires the appropriate permission.

Sending us material for an enquiry does not transfer ownership of it. Any permission needed to evaluate the enquiry is limited to that purpose. Ownership, licences, source files, third-party assets, and portfolio use for commissioned work must be specified in the project agreement.

For projects involving a person’s likeness, voice, testimonial, brand, or other protected material, the required authorisations must be established before production or publication. AI generation does not by itself guarantee exclusivity or intellectual-property protection.

The website links to services such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn and can open your email application. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and features are outside our control.

Any third-party software, hosting, advertising platform, AI tool, or integration used in a paid project may carry its own charges, licences, and restrictions. Relevant responsibilities should be identified in the project agreement.

We aim to describe our services clearly, but website information is general and may change. An example, estimate, demonstration, or statement about an opportunity is not a guarantee of revenue, leads, conversion rates, search ranking, or other commercial results.

The website and its demonstrations are provided as available. Interruptions, errors, and changes can occur. You should confirm details that matter to your decision with our team and rely on the agreed terms for a commissioned project.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vixels AI is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or fictional demonstrations, or from the operation of an independent third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or removes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. Responsibility for a paid engagement is addressed in its project agreement, subject to applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling for this website and enquiries. A project involving personal data may require additional written privacy or data-processing arrangements.

We may update these website terms, with the latest date shown above. An update to the website terms does not automatically amend an existing signed project agreement.

If an issue arises, contact support@vixelsai.com with the relevant details so we can try to resolve it. The governing law and dispute arrangements for paid services should be stated in the project agreement. Mandatory laws and rights continue to apply.
