The discovery form prepares a brief in your browser. Reviewing that brief does not submit it to a Vixels AI server. If you choose email, the website opens a pre-filled draft in your email application. If you choose WhatsApp, the brief is included in the link sent to WhatsApp to prepare your message. Those providers can receive information when their applications or links open; the message is delivered to our team when you send it.

The assistant on this website is an interactive demonstration with scripted replies and fictional company data. Your typed messages and feedback are held in the current page’s memory. Selecting a PDF or image lets the demo display its filename; it does not upload the file or send its contents to an AI service.

The demo does not save a conversation to an account, cookie, or browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears its in-page state. Your browser or device may separately manage history, autofill, or restored tabs.

Serving and protecting the website can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times in hosting or security systems. This site does not include an account-registration or online-payment feature.

Information you send in an enquiry is used to understand your needs, reply to you, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal, and manage the resulting business relationship. Relevant records may also be needed for security, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute.
