[ THE BASICS ]

Working with us.

The cost depends on the scope and complexity of your project. We tailor our services to businesses of all sizes, from startups to established companies. Tell us what you need and we’ll put together a clear, custom quote.

Depending on the service, initial improvements can begin within a few weeks. We agree on a realistic timeline at the start, with clear milestones for design, implementation, and launch. More complex integrations and content projects may take longer.

We start by defining what a useful result looks like for your business: less manual work, better lead handling, stronger content, or a clearer customer journey. Then we agree on measurable goals and track progress together. Outcomes depend on your project, audience, and implementation.

Absolutely. We design with your team in mind and keep day-to-day use straightforward. You’ll receive onboarding, training, and support so you feel comfortable and confident with your new website or AI solution.

Yes. We create company websites, landing pages, AI UGC ads, AI video content, and AI-assisted edits, alongside AI automation. We can handle one focused project or connect several services around the same business goal.

We work with you to understand what is not working and refine the strategy or implementation within the agreed scope. Clear communication and a useful result matter to us, from the first conversation to the final handover.

No, but the sooner it exists the sooner we launch. We can work from your existing material, draft structure and copy directions with you, and flag exactly which pieces we still need. Waiting on content is the most common reason a launch date moves.

Yes. We agree during discovery which parts your team needs to change regularly, then build those to be editable without a developer. You get a walkthrough and documentation at handover.

We can set up hosting and connect your domain as part of the launch, or deploy to an account you already own and control. Either way, the accounts stay in your name.

We stay available through the settling-in period to fix anything that surfaces in real use. Ongoing improvements, new pages, and campaign work can continue as a separate arrangement.

[ 02 / BUILT FOR THE NEXT CLICK ]

Landing pages.

A website page sits inside your full navigation and serves several purposes. A landing page removes those exits and commits to one offer and one action, so the visitor who arrived from a specific ad or email has a single obvious path.

Yes. We draft the headline, structure, and supporting copy around your offer, then refine it with you. If you have a writer already, we work to their copy instead.

We build the page and make sure it matches the campaign, and we can create the ad creative through our AI UGC and video services. Media buying and ad account management sit outside our scope, and we work alongside whoever handles that for you.

Yes. We build the page so a headline, hero image, or offer can be swapped without a rebuild. Changing one meaningful element at a time is what makes the results readable.

No. The presenters are AI-generated, and we say so. We label the content as AI-generated where the platform requires it, and we do not present the ads as testimonials from real customers. If you want genuine customer testimonials, those need to come from your actual customers.

Yes. We work from your product images and details so what appears on screen matches what you sell. Product claims are checked before delivery, and anything we cannot verify does not go in the script.

That is agreed in the brief and priced with it. A useful first batch is usually several distinct concepts rather than many near-identical cuts of one, because that is what tells you something.

We deliver the aspect ratios and caption treatments for the platforms you name. Each platform has its own policies on AI-generated content and claims, and we build to those requirements rather than assuming one version fits everywhere.

The direction is agreed with you before production, through references, a visual direction, and a storyboard. AI generation involves iteration, so the honest answer is that some frames take several attempts to land. The boards are what we direct toward.

We can direct toward your palette, framing conventions, and tone, and get close. An exact match with live-action footage is not something we would promise, so we usually plan where AI-generated scenes sit alongside your existing material rather than pretending they are indistinguishable.

Yes. Voiceover, music, and sound design are part of the finish. We use appropriately licensed music, and we can work with a human voice artist if you prefer one.

You do. Delivery includes the finished cuts and masters. We confirm the specific usage terms in the project agreement before we start.

[ 05 / MAKE EVERY FRAME COUNT ]

AI video editing.

The original files at the highest quality you have, plus any brand assets, logos, fonts, and music you want used. We will tell you what is missing after the first review.

In the slow, mechanical parts: transcription, rough cut selection, caption timing, noise reduction, and generating short-form candidates from long footage. Structure, pacing, and what stays in are editorial decisions, and a person makes them.

We agree the number of review rounds in the project scope, typically two. Notes are easier to act on when they arrive collected in one pass rather than individually.

Yes. Send examples of previous episodes and we will build the titles, captions, pacing, and graphics to match, so a new edit sits alongside the old ones.

[ 06 / LESS REPETITIVE. MORE PRODUCTIVE. ]

AI automation.

That is not what we build for. The work we automate is the repetitive handling that gets in the way of the work people are actually good at. We deliberately keep a person in the loop wherever a judgement call, an unusual request, or a sensitive decision is involved.

We scope assistants to what they can answer accurately and hand over to a person outside that scope. Every workflow gets a way to pause it, a fallback when a connected tool is unavailable, and alerts when something needs attention. That is designed in from the start, not added later.

Usually. Most common business tools connect through an API or an established integration. We confirm what is possible with your specific stack during workflow mapping, before you commit to a build.

We work with the minimum data the workflow needs and keep it inside the tools you already control wherever possible. Which systems are involved, and what moves between them, is documented as part of the build.

[ STILL WONDERING? ]

Ask us the
awkward one.

Budget, timing, whether AI is even the right answer for what you need. We would rather tell you straight than sell you something that doesn’t fit.
